The start of something new - January 31, 2008

Hello everyone! It's been awhile. Remember us? No? I don't blame you. That's why I am here to throw out a little reminder that we are still breathing. Lucky you! I just recently got myself a camera so to get some practice using it I took some pics of our recording session the other night. Check out our profile to see some shots from our recording sessions:
www.myspace.com/51peg. I'll keep posting pics and blogs and whatever other nuggets I can find as we go along. Hopefully this will slowly ramp up to a CD release sometime later this year. I won't even attempt to throw out an approximate date, seeing as we are recording this one on our own. Could take awhile. I don't know why we work this way, but it is what it is. I can say that what we've written so far is very pleasing to our ears. Hopefully we don't F it up along the way!
Anyway well this is my first blog ever and I feel like a huge dork, so this seems like a good place to stop for now.

51 Peg - Live in Baltimore - CANCELED! - August 2, 2007
We regret to inform you that this show has been canceled. Unfortunately our drummer broke his hand over the weekend and will not be able to perform. We'll update the site regarding the TT's show as soon as we know more from the outcome of his surgery.

51 Peg Plays 2 DC Metro Area Shows Saturday November 11th - November 8, 2006
This just in...
51 Peg was just invited to perform at Shift_2Nissan's Battle of the Bands this Saturday late afternoon/early evening. Get there no later than 5:45 to enjoy a FREE concert to warm you up for the full-length show later this same night at Midnight in DC.

When: Saturday, November 11th, 2006 - on stage at 6 PM SHARP!
Where: FedEx Field - Landover, MD 20785
Price: FREE!!!
Ages: All ages
Details: The concert starts at 6pm sharp and is free to everyone! There will also be on-site voting for the bands. On-site votes will be added to the on-line votes for each bands total score for a nationwide battle of the bands. Come out and support us, bring as many people as you can! If you are 18 and over you can also register to test drive some cool new cars on a closed driving course. Register at the Nissan website.
Don't forget to come out later this same night to Midnight in Washington DC. We'll be performing a full-length set and hope to see all of you locals there!
